Drawing Rules

The current rules for participating in Sneakerdraws raffles.

Legal & privacy

TermsPrivacyCookiesDrawing rulesAccount deletionLegal notice

Effective and last updated: 19 July 2026.

These rules apply to drawings administered through Sneakerdraws. The information shown for a specific release—participating retailer, territory, sizes, stock, closing time, selection timing, purchase window and fulfilment method—forms part of these rules.

1. Eligibility
  • You need one valid Sneakerdraws account and working contact details.
  • You must meet the minimum age and the residence, delivery or collection conditions stated for the release.
  • Participating-retailer employees or other connected persons may be excluded where stated or where necessary to preserve fairness.
2. One genuine entry

Unless the release expressly allows otherwise, only one entry per person, product and release is permitted. Multiple accounts, borrowed or false identities, bots, automated submissions, account farms and attempts to circumvent entry limits are prohibited.

A shared household, workplace, network or forwarding address is not by itself proof of abuse. It may trigger a review, and we may ask for proportionate information to distinguish genuine participants. We do not routinely require a government identity document.

3. Entry timing and information

An entry must be complete and received before the displayed closing time. Check the retailer, size, collection or delivery method and contact details before submitting. Sneakerdraws is not responsible for an incorrect choice supplied by the entrant, but support may correct an obvious error before the draw where operationally possible.

Entry is free unless a release clearly states otherwise. A paid feature never guarantees selection. Any lawful weighting or paid benefit must be disclosed before entry; without such disclosure, eligible entries are treated equally at selection.

4. Selection and integrity

Selection is made from eligible entries using the method described for the release, together with proportionate duplicate, fraud and eligibility checks. Stock and sizes supplied by the participating retailer constrain the possible selections.

We may pause a result for review if signals reasonably indicate duplication, automation, manipulation, ineligibility or a technical fault. A person significantly affected by an automated integrity result may contact help@sneakerdraws.com, explain their position and request human review where applicable.

5. Winners and purchase windows

Being selected gives the named entrant a limited, non-transferable opportunity to purchase or collect the specified item from the identified retailer. It is not a free-product award unless the release expressly says so. The selected entrant must follow the notification and complete any eligibility, payment, collection or shipping step within the period stated for that release.

If the entrant does not respond or complete the required step in time, is ineligible, or materially breached these rules, the allocation may be released and another eligible entry selected. A friend or family member may collect only if the retailer expressly permits it.

6. Retailer sale and fulfilment

Unless the checkout expressly identifies Buseedo SAS as the seller, the participating retailer is the seller. Its disclosed terms govern price, payment, delivery, collection, returns, legal guarantees and after-sales service. Mandatory consumer rights always apply. Territorial or carrier restrictions must be shown before entry or purchase where relevant.

7. Cancellations and re-draws

A result may be cancelled or corrected for an evidenced or reasonably suspected rules breach, an eligibility failure, duplicate allocation, manifest technical error, legal restriction or stock that the retailer confirms is unavailable. Decisions are not made arbitrarily. Where practical, we or the retailer will provide a reason and allow correction of an obvious mistake.

If an allocation is released, the replacement is selected from the remaining eligible entries using the applicable release method. A cancellation does not remove any refund or other right that mandatory law gives after payment.

8. Changes and questions

We may make prospective changes for legal, security or operational reasons. A material change after entries open will be highlighted and will not unfairly disadvantage existing entrants; where necessary, entrants will be allowed to withdraw or the release will be restarted.
